Bart P. Kelly

Originally from the Seattle area, I have recently been immersing myself in Shanghai, China; working on my craft, getting to know the independent filmmaker scene and uncovering the mysteries of the Chinese film market.

 

My writing comes from a background that includes UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film and Television, living on 3 continents, traveling to over 35 countries and working in 5 of them. All of this has given me a unique backdrop to develop my craft of story and keep it sharp, entertaining and high concept.  

 

I currently split my time between Belgrade, Serbia -  Shanghai, China, - and Seattle, USA.
